Photos: Giuseppe Tentori's Final Menu At Boka

After seven years as the award-winning executive chef of Boka, Chef Giuseppe Tentori is leaving his post. Tentori's final menu is available until the end of the year, when Boka will be closing its doors for renovation. While Tentori is staying on as partner as well as heading Boka's catering operation, Chef Lee Wolen (recently of The Lobby) will take over as Executive Chef, continuing in his own way the artful yet rustic cuisine for which Boka is known.

Tentori's culinary roots stem from working on his grandmother's farm in a small town outside of Milan. After graduating from Antica Osteria la Rampina in Milan, a 19-year-old Tentori left Italy to work in American restaurants with chefs like Gabriel Viti and Charlie Trotter. His final menu is a delightful display of his favorite dishes from years past. We tried to prod Tentori to identify his very favorite dishes but he insisted that he couldn't choose a favorite. We sampled several dishes in each category, eating our way into a gourmet coma. Click through the slideshow to see this final menu, which is available through the end of the year.
