Prepare for an appearance by the Snow Miser tonight. The atmospheric conditions are perfect for it, based on Skilling Central's forecast. We're due for the highest daytime temperatures around her in nearly a week with the mercury reaching the upper 20s and switching periods of sun and clouds. The clouds will thicken this evening as the snow arrives. We're expecting three to four inches by the time the snow ends Saturday. We could get a sneak peek of snow in the afternoon.
