Get ready for a weekend of mild temperatures, gray skies and precipitation, everyone. The clouds are expected to thicken and hang low as we head into the afternoon, bringing with them periods of drizzle that turns into a steady rain just as the Chicagoist staff meets up at Christkindlmarket this evening. High temps are expected to be in the upper 30s and will hold steady overnight as Mother Nature attempts to impress us with the many forms of precipitation she can throw our way over the course of the weekend.
