Playlist: 2013: The Year In Outstanding Local Music, Track by Track

By Jon Graef in Arts & Entertainment on Dec 22, 2013 9:00PM

Jon here, for my personal Best Local Music of 2013 list. I decided to do something a little different: namely, a playlist. Featuring Chance The Rapper, Alla, Pelican, and much more, this playlist reflects the triumphant years had by local rap and local metal. But there's no genre that can confine the creativity of our city's musicians, and we hope this playlist reflects that. There was a lot of great stuff we left out [ShowYouSuck, Panda Riot, White Mystery, just to name a few] but the music here represents the best of the best. Dig
