Extra Extra: Penny Rides On CTA Begin At 10 p.m.

CTA's annual "Penny Rides" program goes into effect tonight. People using CTA buses and trains to get around town will be granted free fares from 10 p.m. tonight through 4 a.m. New Years Day.
