Pencil This In: Do312 And White Mystery's Farewell To Uncle Fun Party

White Mystery (our music video pick of the day yesterday) is teaming up with Do312 to turn their Empty Bottle show tomorrow into a goodbye party for Uncle Fun. We’re sad to see the Chicago mainstay close so we totally endorse sending it off with a fond farewell. The show itself is $8 but if you head over here and RSVP you can gain free entrance to a pre-show party that includes Uncle Fun goodies for attendees, some Goose Island Brews, Titos Vodka and Red Bull and pizza. Lead singer Alex White already enticed the masses with a sneak peak of some of the Uncle Fun goodies that include California Raisins Valentine cards, adult pirate costumes and a bag of plastic hamburgers (which the author actually bought before at Uncle Fun, makes for festive party decor).

DO312 and White Mystery’s Farewell to Uncle Fun party is tomorrow, Jan. 11 at Empty Bottle (1035 N. Western Ave). The pre-party starts at 6:30 p.m. and runs until 8:30 p.m. with White Mystery’s show to follow. RSVP here.
