Oprah Winfrey's Water Tower Condo For Sale

Onetime Queen of Talk and current network mogul Oprah Winfrey has placed another Chicago home on the market. Winfrey listed her condominium at Water Tower Place on Monday—asking price is a cool $7.75 million.

Winfrey bought three condos at 180 E. Pearson between 1992 and 1994 and transformed them into a 9,625 square-foot duplex with four bedrooms, five baths, two half-baths, an exercise room, multiple living areas, a wet bar and two kitchens. The property taxes on the home are $71,526 and condo assessments run $9,004 a month.

In 2012, Winfrey sold a Streeterville town home for $2.75 million. (She paid $5.6 million for is six years earlier and never lived in it.)
