Now that it's been established that another polar vortex is on the way to Chicago you may want to take advantage of today's weather to run errands, stock up on food and salt, do laundry and whatever else you have to do. Skilling Central says this could be the final 30-degree high of the month. Southwest winds will gust up to 30 mph and we'll see some sun before the clouds thicken and snow and temperatures begins to fall again.
