Here’s a listing for those of you who dream of being an innkeeper. The suburban bed-and-breakfast where Bill Murray re-lived a single day until he finally got Andie MacDowell to fall in love with him in Groundhog Day is for sale. The Royal Victorian Manor Bed & Breakfast in Woodstock, Ill. is being listed for $985,000 with the caveat that it could be transformed back into the single family home it once was.

Built in 1894 the building was last on the market in 2008 and was most recently renovated in 2010. The 5,815 square foot space currently has eight bedrooms, eight baths, a wrap-around porch overlooking a fenced-in yard, formal dining room and an “in-law suite” on the third floor.

It’s also blocks from Woodstock Square, which stood in for Punxsutawney, Penn. during the filming of the 1992 classic.
