Today's Weather: Cold Blue Steel

You can believe in the superstitions of whether groundhogs see their shadows results in an extra six weeks of winter if you wish. We're going to take the little signs like seeing sunlight after 5 p.m. as signs warmer weather is on the way. But the road to spring is littered with forecasts like today's, with partly sunny skies and a high around 20 degrees. Clouds will begin to form overnight and the lows will plummet to the single digits before snow rolls in Tuesday afternoon. Expect 3-6 inches of fresh powder on the city streets before another freeze occurs Thursday.
