There is nothing better than a steaming slice of freshly baked and buttered bread. What if you could have just that in your own kitchen whenever you want? Now you can, as Little Goat Bread is hosting bread baking classes, just like the one we went to in November, and they start tonight! Head Baker Greg Wade and host David Avila will teach a six-person class on how to make several different varieties of bread like classic ciabatta, sweet & squishy dinner rolls and a brioche cinnamon bun. In addition to learning some baking fundamentals, guests are provided with plenty to munch on including salads, stews, desserts and drinks. After mastering the art of bread baking, guests also get to take an assortment of delicious breads home. Get ready for a carb coma.

Tickets are $65 and the first class is today at 6 p.m. To make a reservation, call Caitlin at 312-600-9601. If the class fills up, don't worry! Little Goat Bread is planning on making the class a bi-monthly event.
