Avec Reaches Out To Friends For Spring Brunch Series

Brunch is about many things: good alcoholic drinks; savory and sweet food; the sharing of plates, stories and friendship. In the case of avec, they'll be sharing their kitchen for select Sunday brunches from March through June.

The venerable Randolph Street restaurant will welcome a different chef or beverage industry professional to either put their spin on brunch or pair chef Perry Hendrix's brunch menu with creative libations. The series kicks off March 9 with CH Distillery's chef JP Doiron and Food and Beverage Director Krissy Schutte teaming up to wow diners.

That will be followed April 6 when Virtue Cider invades avec with their full range of ciders. April 26 sees chef Joaquin Soler (Smalls, Smoke Shack) in avec's kitchen. Big Star chef Cary Taylor comes to avec May 18 and the series closes June 8 with Off Color Brewing's John Laffler bringing his beers over.
