We may be nearing St. Patrick’s Day, but come this Sunday March 16, Chicago will play host to some Spanish elite. Andoni Luis Aduriz of Mugaritz, located in San Sebastián, Spain and named one of S. Pellegrino’s 50 best restaurants in the world, will partner with iNG Chef/Owner Homaro Cantu and Executive Chef Tim Havidic for an intimate lunch chat and then 10-course collaborative dinner the next day, Monday March 17. Check, Please! host Catherine De Orio will moderate the Q&A session.

"Northern Spain is a hotbed of culinary innovation, with Mugaritz being one of the leaders—to be a part of an event that brings together two incredibly talented, forward-thinking culinary creatives like Chef Homaro Cantu and Chef Andoni Luis Aduriz is sure to be an incredible experience for the attendees and I am absolutely honored to be a part of it," enthused De Orio.

The talk with Chef Aduriz will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at iNG followed by a book signing. Mugaritz—A Natural Science of Cooking will be available for purchase, and the ticket price are $100 for the Q&A, appetizers and cocktails or $150 for all of that plus a copy of Mugaritz—A Natural Science of Cooking. Monday, Moto will offer a 10-course dinner collaboration, featuring five courses from Aduriz and five from Moto Executive Chef Richie Farina. Dinner with wine pairings costs $250.
