Pencil This In: Chicago Reader's Spring Cocktail Challenge

The alt-weekly's regular mixology series features several of the best bartenders in Chicago competing to see who can make the cocktail that will best define the spring that's being held at bay. Some of the participating bartenders include Mark Brinker of Barrelhouse Flat; Mike Ryan of Sable; Annemarie Sagoi of The Dawson; Paul McGee of Three Dots and a Dash; Alex Gara of Hot Chocolate; and Chop Shop's own Dan De Los Monteros. It all costs $45 and tickets may be purchased here. (2033 W. North Ave.)
