Good Morning, everyone. The weather men and women have a very pleasant day in store for us, if their forecasts hold. Let's take a look at Skilling Central's predictions where one hopes the bright cartoon sun means the real deal will imitate and provide plenty of sunshine. The highs are expected to reach the mid-50s by the afternoon. Accuweather is being more pragmatic pegs the high in the mid-40s.
What's keeping the temps from pushing the 50-degree mark is a shift in the winds to the northeast, bringing with it the chill from a Lake Michigan that's been frozen for much of the early part of the year. To paraphrase Merle Haggard, it's not spring, but it's not bad.
