The Experience Hendrix tour has been making its way across the country and recently stopped for a sold out show at the Chicago Theatre. The show featured the music of Jimi Hendrix performed by a number of modern guitar legends including Billy Cox, Zakk Wylde, Jonny Lang, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Dweezil Zappa, Brad Whitford, Eric Johnson, Cesar Rosas & David Hidalgo, Doyle Bramhall II, Chris Layton, Eric Gales, Mato Nanji, Dani Robinson, and Stan Skibby. Photographer Frank Rico was there for us and has the accompanying gallery to share. Put on some headphones, crank up some Hendrix and pretend you were there.
