Video: Potholes Are Nature's Job Creators

What if we're looking at Chicago's pothole epidemic wrong? What if we looked at it instead not as a nuisance, but as a godsend? Think of the potholes and the damage they cause cars, trucks and bicycles as an economic stimulus.

That's what The Second City did in this video thanking Mayor Rahm Emanuel for his steady (some may read that to mean non-existent) approach to fixing the city's potholes as the weather warms around these parts.
