The problem with making any sort of declaration regarding Chicago weather is the fact it could drastically change within hours. Joakim Noah knows this all too well, after raving about the weather getting nicer in Chicago Monday night. While it was currently snowing outside.

Noah was unaware of the current conditions during his chat with the Sun-Times and the poor reporters had to break the bad news to him. We think Noah's response pretty much sums up how most of us feel about snow at this point in the year.
