Affogatos And Other Coffee-Food Pairings This Weekend

If you like your coffee with food, this is a great weekend for you. Intelligentsia on Broadway (3123 N. Broadway) will be offering affogatos, ice cream topped with a shot of espresso. They will be made with Jeni's Ice Cream and their Black Cat and Loja Ecuador espressos from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
On Saturday at 1 p.m., Tuesday Night Dinner is pairing HalfWit coffee with selections of food. The menu includes burned melon panzanella with vegetable ash and vanilla vinaigrette paired with Burundi coffee. Tickets are $20 and are available online.
