Any chance of a 70-degree day will be kiboshed by strong winds off a still icy Lake Michigan, keeping temps here in the mid-50s by mid-morning and getting cooler as the afternoon approaches. It will remain cool overnight as the rains that will dominate the weather patterns around here through Wednesday arrive.
