Midday News Links: More Charges Filed Regarding The Endia Martin Case

- More charges have been filed regarding the murder of 14-year-old Endia Martin. Robert James has been charged with felony disorderly conduct for allegedly filing a false police report. James sold his gun in November but filed a report that it was stolen after he found out the person he sold it to no longer had it. The gun somehow ended up in the hands of Donnell Flora, who gave it to his niece so she could confront Martin. Martin was fatally shot Monday afternoon after a dispute between the girls over a boy on Facebook turned violent. [Tribune]
