Video: Next's Trailer For New Modern Chinese Menu

Next is launching their latest concept today, heading around the globe and visiting flavors of the Far East with their "Next: Modern Chinese" menu. The menu will run through the end of August before they head home again with their "Trio" menu, where they'll seek inspiration from the meals Grant Achatz first served in Evanston that set the foundation for Alinea.

Fine Dining Lovers chatted with Achatz about the menu, which will go far beyond the standard American perception of what Chinese food is. Expect a wide variety of spices and flavors from the vastly different regions of Chinese cuisine. And from the looks of the video, hand-pulled noodles as well!

Head over to their website to grab tickets or keep an eye out on their Facebook for same or next day reservations. Last night they posted three available reservations for this evening, all with a cost of $130 per person, not including beverage pairings.
