Pencil This In: Schubas Gear Swap

Looking for some new music gear or are you hoping to unload some equipment you no longer need? Then the Schubas Gear Swap is the place you want to be this Saturday afternoon. Ten area instrument retailers will be onsite to buy and sell musical gear so take advantage of that to build up—or reduce—your sonic arsenal. You can see a full list of the vendors here. While there pick up a raffle ticket to benefit Rock For Kids and enter for a chance to win cool prizes including prizes from Pitchfork, Lollapalooza, Revolution, and Alchemy Audio, among others. In fact, if you RSVP for the event you can kick-start your chances with a free raffle ticket! Wrap all of that up along with beer specials from Revolution Brewing and that adds up to a pretty great way to spend the day.
