Tucked in the back of Kinmont is Ampersand, a space that's built to host innovative pop-ups. So far it has hosted everything from underground supper club Yo Soy Underground to the preview for the upcoming restaurant Nordcider. Tonight they host chefs from restaurants like Fat Rice and Found in a benefit for "Lady of Libations" Jan Henrichsen's cancer treatment.

Tickets are $125 and available at the Ampersand website. The pop-up tonight starts at 6:30 p.m. Ampersand is located at 419 W. Superior St.
