Taste Of Chicago Announces Vendors

Taste of Chicago announced its 2014 vendor list Thursday morning. Tribune restaurant critic Phil Vettel has the scoop: 66 vendors are participating; 22 are first timers and one popular restaurant is bringing back an iconic staple of Tastes past.
Manny's Coffee Shop is returning after a two-year absence and they're bringing their wildly popular barbecue turkey legs along. Say what you want about Taste of Chicago (and many of you will) but the festival isn't the same without those behemoth drumsticks.

As for the musical acts, Lucinda Williams has been added as the headliner July 12 on a double bill with Jeff Tweedy. Seating for tickets to Taste of Chicago's concerts go on sale 10 a.m. May 22. Tickets will start at $18 and there's a limit of 10 tickets per purchase.
