Au Cheval's Burger Gets Another National Nod

The burger at Au Cheval has ranked consistently on both local and national best burger lists. For National Burger Month, Business Insider compiled a list of the best burgers in the country, one for each state, and Au Cheval made the cut for Illinois once again.

Here's what Business Insider had to say about Au Cheval's burger.

"Cooked medium, the burger at Au Cheval is made with high-quality beef and a toasty locally made bun. The Chicago diner also has 30 international draft beers on its menu."

Astute readers know how I feel about Au Cheval's burger; I'll simply urge you do do some comparison eating before making you're own decision.
