Billy Corgan And His Cats Give Us The Magazine Cover We Never Knew We Needed

2014_05_billy_corgan_pawssmall.jpg Billy Corgan may do a lot of zany stuff alongside the work that has made him a respected artist but we're pretty sure underneath it all he has a heart of gold. Corgan has been actively involved in supporting PAWS Chicago, an organization focused on building No Kill communities for cats and dogs.

Last year Corgan raised $60,000 for PAWS by auctioning off a private concert to the highest bidders. And his ties go even deeper; his cats Sammi and Mr. Thom were both adopted from PAWS.

You can learn more about Corgan's involvement with the organization by picking up a copy of the organizations latest issue of their print magazine. You can easily locate it by the presence of Corgan on the cover. No, that's not a hairless Siamese cat, that's Billy.

Even if you can't adopt a pet permanently, PAWS cold use your help in a variety of ways, including a recent desperate call for Fosters to help save animals from being euthanized due to decreasing space available in the Chicago Pound.

Join Billy Corgan in doing good for the kitties and puppies in your community!
