Schadenfreude Explores Chicago's Hidden Culinary Treasures

Lionel Duché and the "Shh-Cago" crew (aka Schadenfreude's Justin Kaufmann and Kate James) are back with a look at Chicago's culinary underground. In this latest installment they visit ... Qdoba Mexican Grill.

If you need more of Schadenfreude, Kaufmann will be busting out one of his best characters at Hideout this evening. Ald. Ed Bus (53rd) starts a career as a talk show host in "53rd Ward After Dark With Ald. Ed Bus" 6:30 p.m. this evening that's billed as "part late-night talk show, party variety show, and part community meeting (because the Alderman is always running for election)."

Bus' guests include Chicago Reader reporter Mick Dumke, Danielle Colby from American Pickers and Burlesque le'Moustache, and Ald. Bob Fioretti (2nd). Tickets are available here.
