We have a short work week coming off the Memorial Day holiday and here's hoping you got your fill of grilling, sun and relaxation because today's forecast will make you wish for more, at least this morning. The skies above Chicagoist's Bridgeport headquarters are a bit overcast, a sign of things to come this afternoon and evening. We have thunderstorms and showers developing this evening and tonight with humid highs in the mid-80s. Then things will cool overnight and haze will develop as the temperatures fall back into a more seasonal 70-degree range heading into the midweek. That's still nothing to grouse about as you apply aloe vera gel on your sunburned areas.
