The pitching matchup for tonight's White Sox-Tigers game at U.S. Cellular Field is supposed to be Justin Verlander and John Danks but that might be postponed looking at today's forecast, which is colored by gray skies and rain. Skilling Central predicts showers will affect as much as a third of the Chicago area and will intensify this afternoon and evening. Expect the winds to pick up in power as we head into the evening, as well, as they blow from the east reaching gusts up to 22 mph.

We could see a thunderstorm overnight, as well, as the rains continue into Wednesday. Highs should reach the lower- to mid-70s before dipping into the upper 50s overnight.
