Morning Box Score: Sox Lose Third Straight To Twins; Rizzo's Bat Can't Save Cubs

Cubs 3, Pirates 5

At least Anthony Rizzo's hitting continues to be something to write home about. Rizzo's bat helped the Cubs to victory Friday but couldn't do the same yesterday as the Cubs fell to the Pirates 5-3. Rizzo homered in the fourth to give the Cubs a 2-1 lead which they ultimately could not maintain. Read more here.

Sox 3, Twins 4

The South Siders woes against the Twins continued, as the Sox lost their third straight against the Minnesota baseball club, don't'cha know. Like the Cubs, the Sox got off to a good start, but couldn't maintain early momentum. Read more at CBS.
