By Chuck Sudo in Food on Jun 30, 2014 5:30PM
Get a head start on your Independence Day drinking July 2 at SmallBar Division where Perennial Artisan Ales becomes the latest brewery to take part in the Wicker Park watering hole's pop-up taproom series. Brewmaster and co-founder Phil Wymore will be on hand to help pour some amazing selections from the St. Louis brewery including Saison de Lis,
Aria, Woodside Abbey Tripel, HopfenTea, Homefront IPA, Hommel Bier and P.A.T., a collaboration with Solemn Oath.
As always, the pop-up taproom serves as the launch for a new "Brewer's Bill of Fare" menu featuring four plates paired with a flight of Perennial beers all for just $40. The menu will be available all month from 5 p.m. until 11 p.m. (2049 W. Division St.)
