The men boarded a Loop-bound train at Halsted around 4:15 p.m., announced a robbery, and were able to exit the train at Roosevelt Road with several items before one passenger who was robbed alerted CTA personnel at the station. The train was halted at the Harold Washington Library-State/Van Buren station. No one was hurt and the suspects are still at large.
