Osteria Langhe (2824 W, Armitage Ave.) specializes in the cuisine of the Piemonte region in Italy, but Chef Cameron Grant is from Scotland. Tonight he'll cook up a menu that shows Scottish food is more than just haggis and oats.

The three-course menu is $39 and includes venison, seared scallops, and a dessert of traditional cranachan, which is made with whipped cream, toasted oats, fresh fruit, and whiskey. For an additional $15 you can get a flight of Scottish whiskey and beer.
