Today's Weather: Swannanoa Gathering

We have a cloudy and waterlogged start to the day and, personally, wouldn't have it any other way if the thunderstorms that are supposed to close out the morning are as majestic and beautiful as the ones that rolled through the area last night. Drier air is expected to arrive this afternoon and the clouds will part, allowing the sun to shine as we head into the evening rush. Expect highs in the mid- to upper-70s with things cooler by the lake.
For the evening and overnight temps will dip into the lower 60s and the skies will be partly cloudy, setting the stage for a pleasant close to the work week.
