Leap into the future with Chicago Dance Crash this weekend as they adventure into the hi-tech world of “Tron: End of Line.” Set in the same universe as the Tron films, comic books and animated features in the year 2155, “End of Line” features CDC’s signature twists, turns, breakers and acrobatics, but this time around they’re joined by laser lights and video animation set to a futuristic hip hop/electronica soundtrack. The company has teamed up with video animator Zach Moore to tell the story of Kait, a single mother who embarks on a journey of revenge, destiny and faith in a land where computers and their "users" attempt to co-exist.

Chicago Dance Crash’s big productions never disappoint (see Gotham City and The Cotton Mouth Club) and are always deliciously over the top. We’re excited to see just what surprises choreographer Jessica Deahr and writer Mark Hackman bring to the Biograph stage.

“Tron: End of Line” opens this Saturday, August 9 and runs through August 24. Check the Chicago Dance Crash website for complete showtimes. Tickets are $30. The Victory Gardens Biograph Theater is located at 2433 N. Lincoln Ave.
