Today's Weather: Ghost Dance

It's Air and Water Show weekend, guys and dolls, and whether you're flocking to the lakefront to enjoy some "America, Fuck Yeah!", or getting as far away as possible from the jet noise, you will be followed by decent weather today. Steamy tendrils rise from my coffee mug as I peek at the forecasts from Skilling Central and Accuweather, which are both in agreement. The forecast calls for a high in the upper-70s and mostly sunny skies. If you're going to take a dip in the lake, red Solo cup in hand, for the flybys over the lake, do dip a toe in first. It may be a bit chilly as it is (wait for it) cooler by the lake.
The weekend forecast is not going to be wine and roses. Rain is supposed to develop Saturday afternoon, becoming thunderstorms by Sunday.
