Pencil This In: Crepe-Making Class At DANK Haus

Being able to make crepes is a nice skill for the home cook, but the process takes patience and possibly a little trial and error.
Head to DANK Haus Friday, Aug. 22, where they'll be showing you the proper way to make crepes as part of their "Kulturküche" series. DANK Haus' own Chef Christoph will lead the class, which starts at 7:30 p.m. and costs $16. (4740 N. Western Ave.)
