Cochon 555 is bringing their Heritage BBQ tour to Chicago on Saturday, August 30, at Goose Island's new barrel-aging warehouse. The event pits five chefs against each other to promote the enjoyment of meat from heritage pigs.

This year's Chicago chefs include Chrissy Camba of Laughing Bird, Carlos Gaytan of Mexique, Abraham Conlon of Fat Rice, Cary Taylor of Big Star and Nathan Sears of The Radler and D.A.S.

Cochon events are known for having more than enough food to offer. This event, featuring BBQ Traditions, a series of pairings highlighting BBQ traditions from around the world such as China's char siu and Brazil's churrasco, is no exception. There also will be plenty to drink as well including Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Stout and actual bourbon to celebrate National Bourbon Month.

Tickets for general admission start at $125.
