Taste of Polonia, the annual celebration of all things Polish, gets underway at the Copernicus Center Aug. 29 and runs through Sept. 1. All weekend long expect plenty of Polish food, dance, costumes, music and performance, all within steps of the Jefferson Park Blue Line and Metra stations.

Friday's music highlight will feature Tributosaurus performing the songs of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. Beatles Tribute band American English plays Saturday. Proceeds from the festival benefit the Copernicus Center's mission and programming. (5216 W. Lawrence Ave., $7)
