Today's Weather: Do You Dare?

The Labor Day holiday is upon us, folks. Already there are gray skies and possible delays at O'Hare Airport after a shuttle bus carrying passengers crashed into a guardrail and forced the closures of traffic lanes. An ignominious start to the weekend.
The forecast calls for thunderstorms this evening. Today, we will labor under cloud cover while the mercury rises to the upper 80s and the air we breathe will be like soup. As we head into Saturday, the clouds and threat of thunderstorms remain before things clear up a bit Sunday. It will remain muggy, but we won't mind because we don't have to be at work Monday.
