Choucroute Dinner Series Continues At TÊTE Charcuterie This Week

TÊTE Charcuterie (1114 W. Randolph St.) is teaming up with chef Jimmy Papadopoulos of Bohemian House for their late night Choucroute Dinner Series 9 p.m. this Thursday, Sept. 11.

Each chef gets to work with half a Slagel Family Farm pig and we heard through the grapevine (AKA Twitter) that the results are epic. Guests get to enjoy the chef's pork artistry in a family-style feast.
