Live local talk show The Interview Show is on the move for the month. The variety show will change locations this Friday, heading to the Abbey Pub and with that change of location is also a huge lineup of noteworthy Chicagoans sitting on the guest couch.

Music lovers in the audience can expect to see Jeff Tweedy and his son Spencer talk with host Mark Bazer about their much-anticipated new album Sukierae.

Those who fell in love with heart-wrenching documentaries The Interrupters and Hoop Dreams can hear more from director Steve James speaking on his latest doc based on Roger Ebert’s memoir, Life Itself .

To cap off the evening stand-up comedian Natalie Jose will be in the house to end the night on a high note.

For October, expect The Interview Show to return to The Hideout with a new guest lineup on Oct. 17.

Tickets are currently available for $15 through Ticketfly.

The Abbey Pub is located at 3420 W. Grace Street.
