17-year-old Aaron Parks was ordered held without bail Sunday after being charged with sexual assaulting a pregnant woman in Roseland.

According to Fox 32, Parks, who was already on home monitoring for an entirely different crime, was charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault with a weapon, aggravated armed kidnapping, and armed robbery. Parks allegedly locked the woman in her car, and stole money from her. The woman was reportedly on her lunch break as the assault occurred.

Parks allegedly assaulted the woman as she was on her way to her car Wednesday near Chicago State University, where the four-months pregnant victim is reportedly a criminal justice student. The University provided video surveillance to Chicago police, which resulted in Parks being apprehended.

Parks is being charged as an adult for his crime, according to NBC 5 Chicago.
