While the potholes across Chicago continue to make commutes decidedly bumpy rides, let us not forget the sidewalks under our feet are also crumbling.

The fine folks at The Red Line Project have set up The Chicago Stumbler, a Tumblr page dedicated to chronicling divots, bumps, jagged and other defects in the city’s sidewalks. They’ve also put together a corresponding map listing the problematic sidewalks for your perusal, and they’re plentiful.

If you find a crack in a sidewalk that could break your mother’s back, call 311. The Red Line Project also asks that you take a picture of the broken sidewalk in question and share it with them on Twitter. They post the photos on Chicago Stumblers regularly.
