Of the groups that are on the front lines fighting the terrible Ebola outbreak in West Africa, Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) is doing some of the best work, with the least resources. Today we take an aerial look at ELWA 3. Located in Monrovia, Liberia, it's one of the largest Ebola Management Centers ever built.
