Here's a gloriously terrible video of Alan Thicke hosting the 1988 Crystal Light National Aerobic Championship, a competition more about selling powdered diet drinks than actually promoting healthy living. To put this video in a context of time, Nirvana would release their seminal album Nevermind just three years after this program aired.
