It doesn't feel bad outside as we start our morning but it is, as the cliche goes, downhill from here. According to both Skilling Central and Accuweather we're already at or near our forecast high of 55 degrees, while showers are scattered across the area and winds from the southwest are making it feel warmer than it is.

The clouds are expected to thin as we head into the afternoon, allowing the sun to peek through. Meanwhile, the winds will shift to the west and bring with them the one more day of warmth before a predicted mix of snow, rain and heavy wind arrives Thursday.
