Pencil This In: Barley's Angeles Gluten-Free Beer Night At Compass [UPDATE]

The Chicago Chapter of Barley's Angels is teaming up with Glutenberg Beers to host a night of entirely gluten-free drinks and bites at Compass Bar this evening. Obviously Glutenberg beers will be the spotlight, since their own Simon Leblanc will be there walking attendees through a tasting and talking about all things gluten-free beer including why they aren't just for those living a gluten-free lifestyle, but there will be other gluten-free breweries available as well. To complete the evening, enjoy three types of gluten-free pizza with your beer, a five cheese, pesto and asparagus, and an Italian option.

The Chicago Chapter of Barley's Angels is the local chapter of a collection of groups around the world working to expand the understanding and appreciation of craft beer among women. For more information on the Chicago chapter, check out their site here.

Barley's Angels gluten-free beer night is this evening, Nov. 13, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Compass Bar (433 W. Diversey) and the event is 21+ Tickets are $25 and include beer and and gluten-free snacks. You can purchase tickets here.
