Pencil This In: Cheese 201

So you want to learn a little about cheese, do you? Holiday entertaining is a fine excuse to take your cheese plate from block cheddar and baby belle to gooey brie and aged pecorino. This Thursday, join Thomas Perry, head cheese monger of Potash Market, at Cheese 201. Explore five different next-level cheeses, complete with accouterment and beverage pairings

Cheese 201: Beyond basics will take place this Thursday, Nov. 20 from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. at McCormick Hall (350 E. Superior St. MC185). The class is $35 and you can get your tickets at Dabble. Must be 21 or older to attend and be sure to bring a pen to take notes!
